KEY GROUP
THE PROJECT:
Following a structural roof failure, APA Height Access were contacted by Key Group to devise a propping solution. APA’s swift response team collaborated with structural engineers to quickly assess and stabilise the roof, ensuring the building’s safety and integrity. The project mitigated the risk of collapse and created a secure working environment for personnel and customers, enabling the store to reopen promptly.

THE solution:
After thorough assessment of the roof structure to identify areas of instability. APA worked with site agents to design and implement an effective structural propping solution to support the roof load.
Throughout the design and build, we ensure compliance with safety standards whilst minimising disruption to store operations while implementing structural propping measures.
Effective communication with store management regarding project progress and updates was vital from start to end of this project.
