MCUK Fitouts
THE PROJECT:
APA Height Access Ltd were approached by MCUK Fitouts Ltd to assist with specialist designed site perimeter hoarding and access requirements.
APA liaised with the client and local authority to design and implement access and hoarding solutions to the vibrant city centre location.

THE solution:
Utilising our specialist HIAB lorries, hoarding materials could be transported to site and lifted into situ, 211 linear metres of 3m anti-climb site hoarding was installed, including vehicle and pedestrian-gate access to site.
Once the site perimeter was in situ, APA Height Access designed and installed the scaffold structure which incorporated over 130 tonnes of scaffolding access.
The scaffold structure was then encapsulated using enviro-wrapping to ensure work activities were enclosed within the works area so that works could be undertaken safely and offer little disruption to a busy city centre location.

THE outcome:
The site hoarding and designed scaffold access has been in situ for circa 12 months, this has allowed our client to complete their external renovations in the allotted time-frame.
We continue works on site into Q2 2024 and are proud to have been partnered on this prestigious project. Due to our hoarding, scaffolding and hoist solutions, the works are due to complete on programme Q3 2024.
